Bulletin Boards and Broken Bones
Finishing up my bulletin board at the middle school and one wrong step and I was on the floor hard and fast and the results were a pretty bad break of my left elbow.

A Fun Day on Campus at Western!
What a nice time we had going back on campus after several years away. Things have changed in a huge way. There were still some of the same old spots that we use to hang out but boy is the majority of campus different.

The Warmth of Curtains and a Rug!
Lauren and I had another fun two days browsing the consignment shops and Thrift stores in Louisville. We found some extremely unusual Art Deco chairs that go perfectly with the table she bought. I had to stay right with the pair of chairs while Lauren went to ask about the price because there was a man circling close by just waiting to see if we were going to get them. He comment twice about how unique they were. We got them for a steal and once they are painted the color to match the table they'll be perfect. Only the legs will be painted. The wood is just beautiful the way it is. Hanging curtains and putting down a pretty rug helped so much in her bedroom and the living room. The place is so warm and cozy now.
