Jim and Joyce are finally able to clean up their back yard. Actually the property belongs to someone else but all the trees fell toward their back yard. Thankfully they don't have to pay for the cleanup.

Jenny and I went to the Charity League sale this morning and I found some wonderful bargains. These two pieces of pottery and the Harnett print are great. The print was $2.00 and the pottery $1.00 dollar each.

Piles and Piles of Limbs

I took a side street in Paducah Wednesday afternoon to kill some time before church started and seeing all the piles of limbs stacked at the curb was just incredible. The city is requesting that residents stack the debris at the curb so that trucks can come and pick it up. Just wonder how long it will take for this massive amount of trees to be hauled away.

Tacky Day at LCHS

Homecoming week is filled with festive activities and on Thursday the whole school was suppose to dress tacky or mismatched. I tried my best to be tacky. Some thought I had come to school in my Sunday best!!!
